An annual service agreement offers: - Fixed pricing, no matter how many repair visits or replacement parts you may need;
- Minimum downtime;
- Easy administration, one PO covers all your service needs;
- Scheduled services, we will contact you and schedule your service before it is due on all equipment under your service agreement;
- More time in the lab for running samples, developing methods and meeting production deadlines and less time in planning and arranging for instrument services.
