  Da Vinci Europe Liquefied Gas Injector

The Liquefied Gas Injector (LGI) developed by Da Vinci Europe laboratory solutions in close cooperation with Shell Global Solutions offers a safe, fast and accurate sample introduction of liquefied gases. This injection device injects LPG under pressure and at room temperature directly on column. The unique capabilities of the LGI make it possible to analyze and quantify the complex matrix of heavy boiling components in low boiling matrics. The LGI complies with ASTM D7756-11.

  GERSTEL Twister / Stir Bar Sorptive Extraction SBSE

The GERSTEL Twister allows analysis of organic compounds from aqueous matrices by Stir Bar Sorptive Extraction (SBSE): Faster than with conventional techniques, omitting time-costly preparation steps and solvents and up to 1000´ more sensitive than SPME. While it is stirring, it adsorbs and concentrates the organic contents onto its coating of polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS). It makes no difference if the carrier solution is drinking or waste water, body fluids or beverages.

  • Direct introduction and thermal extraction of liquids such as standards.

The GERSTEL Automated Dynamic Headspace DHS is available for the MPS system. The DHS station efficiently extracts and concentrates VOCs from liquid or solid samples placed in standard Headspace vials. The sample is thermostated and agitated while the headspace is purged with a controlled flow of inert gas, providing controlled and efficient extraction conditions.
